I pose this question about the virtual interlocutors (Chat GPT et al.) who promise (or threaten) to replace us as writers—instructors and students. Can anthropology and area studies—Indonesian Studies, particularly—articulate these anxieties and address our academic aspirations about androids?

8:25 AM to 9:00 AM - 9/11 Memorial: On Monday, September 11, the Clarkson University campus community and members of the local community will gather at Clarkson's World Trade Center Memorial Sculpture at 8:25 a.m. for Clarkson's annual 9/11 remembrance ceremony. The event is open to the public. The memorial is located next to the Townhouse Apartments on Clarkson’s Collins Hill Campus. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place in the Student Center forum.
