Society of professional women is collaborating with the photo club is hosting an event for students to have their professional photos taken to have their LinkedIn profiles updated.

For all skill level! Have fun and work up a sweat learning practical methods to defend yourself. We will be working on basic form and general martial arts, as well as self defense techniques for a variety of situations. This includes learning how to fall, do breakaway techniques, strike, throw, and do takedowns. Sparring too for more experienced and willing people with protective gear. Any art is welcome!
