On Oct 26th at 8:30pm, ASCE has the pleasure off hosting a presentation with Mr. David Cutler, PE. Mr. David Cutler, PE, graduated from Clarkson with a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering in 1994. Since that time, he has worked across the United States on a broad range of heavy civil construction projects including subway tunnels, a lake tap, bridges, cross country fiber optic network, highways and residential projects.
