Advanced Project Management Tools and Techniques is the fifth micro-credential in a series (or "pathway") of five micro-credentials on Strategic Project Management.
 

Course Details

You earn a digital badge to signal specific achievement to your professional network. These are concise, specialized skills and knowledge, providing a flexible and efficient way for learners to acquire industry-relevant competencies. The digital badge is verified through Open Badge Factory and can be added to your LinkedIn, resume, online portfolio or more.
 

The Advanced Project Management Tools & Techniques Micro-Credential is composed of the following 3 learning modules: 

  • Module 1 - The Integrated Master Schedule
  • Module 2 - Schedule Risk Analysis
  • Module 3 - Earned Value and Earned Schedule Management

Within each module is an interactive lesson, instructional resources, e.g., PDF articles, webpages, or videos, and a multiple-choice exam.
 

KNOWLEDGE: Earners will be assessed via several multiple-choice exams and one comprehensive exam. Exams are graded immediately and multiple attempts are allowed.

 

  • Work through the following three asynchronous and interactive lessons: The IMS (Integrated Master Schedule), SRA (Schedule Risk Analysis), and EV (Earned Value) and ES (Earned Schedule) Management.
  • Pass multiple, short "knowledge check" quizzes (multiple retries are allowed).
  • Pass a final exam, which is largely a compilation of 26 quiz questions taken from the four lessons, with a score of 80% or higher.

Meet the Instructor

Michael M.
