The E&M Society is dedicated to representing motivated Engineering & Management students. The society provides many benefits, including resume critiques, career fair preparation, and a career panel with representatives from numerous large and small corporations. We also organize a community service event every semester. Our club frequently has knowledgeable speakers and access to academic resources. We try to travel once a year to a company located in New York, Vermont or possibly Pennsylvania to tour their facilities and learn about the opportunities the company has to offer. In addition, we provide students with many leadership opportunities through our executive board. Our society is CUSA recognized and we are open to students of all majors.  For more information, check us out on KnightLife!

Sigma Tau Iota is the Engineering & Management Honorary Society. The society motto is Per Angusta Ad Augusta, meaning “Service to Industry through difficulties to distinction.” The Society is open by invitation to the top 10% of the E&M class who have been in the program for two or more years. Membership of the society signals high academic achievement. Selection is determined by the faculty advisor or the Director of E&M. Induction ceremonies are held once each year in the fall semester.
