How can you get a copy of your transcript?
You can go to the SAS Center to request a copy of your transcript or you can request one by sending us a written request either by mail or by fax.
Fill out and print an Academic Record Transcript Request (.pdf 10 KB) form.
You must include your name as it appeared when you were a student at Clarkson, your student number or social security number, your mailing address, the number of copies requested, and please remember to sign the letter. We need to have your signature on file. Please indicate if you want an official copy (signed and in a sealed envelope) or a student copy (stamped student copy).

Is there a fee associated?
Each student is entitled to one academic record "student copy" transcript issued at the time of graduation; this will automatically be mailed to the student. For any type of transcript issued at any other date, a fee of $4 per transcript will be charged. If you fax us your request, please provide us with a debit or credit card number so we can bill you.
How do you pay for your transcript(s)?
For walk-in requests:
Payment can be made with cash, check or money order (payable to Clarkson University), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Transcripts can not be charged to student accounts.
For requests by mail:
Payment can be made by sending check or money order (payable to Clarkson University) with your request. You may also pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) by providing your credit card information on the request — be sure to include the expiration date. Please include a telephone number with your information should we have further questions or need additional information. Transcripts can not be charged to student accounts.
For fax requests:
You can pay by credit card. You will need to include your credit card information with your fax request. Please include a telephone number should we have further questions or need additional information. Transcripts can not be charged to student accounts.
Transcripts will not be issued for any current student, alumnus, alumna or former student of Clarkson University who has a past-due account or loan with the University until an approved arrangement has been made through the SAS Center.
