Student Health Insurance
Student Health Insurance coverage is mandatory at Clarkson University. All students must either have Health Insurance through their parent/guardian’s policy, their own policy, or enroll in Clarkson’s plan.
2012-2013 Enrollment Instructions:
To assure clearance for student check-in, please log-in to your Student Service Center in PeopleSoft. A pop-up box will appear with an e-form requiring your response to either elect Clarkson’s insurance plan or to indicate your own insurance coverage.
Summer Session 2013 Open Enrollment Instructions:
New students for Summer Session I 2013 and Summer Session II 2013 should follow the enrollment instructions above during the open enrollment periods May 15, 2013 through May 31, 2013 and June 24, 2013 through July 12, 2013, respectively.
Continuing Students from Fall 2012 or Spring 2013 who previously indicated their own insurance coverage, may choose to elect the coverage offered through Clarkson during the open enrollment periods by sending a request via e-mail to apickeri@clarkson.edu. An e-mail will be sent within 3-5 business days to confirm enrollment and charges will be applied to your student account.
