Clarkson University Army ROTC Students Commissioned

Receiving their commissions and becoming second lieutenants in the Army were seniors Joe Frego, a financial information & analysis major from Norfolk, N.Y.; Kristie Hanley, humanities, Arcade, N.Y.; Mark Knoeller II, mechanical engineering, Waterville, N.Y.; Zachary Lewis, mechanical engineering, Williamson, N.Y.; Mike McLaughlin, interdisciplinary engineering & management, Evans Mills, N.Y.; and Bill Toft, environmental engineering, Berkeley Heights, N.J.
Recognized, but commissioned the following weekend, were SUNY Potsdam student Kathryn Cavan, psychology, New York City, N.Y. and St Lawrence University students Chris Giovino, communications, Cobbs Creek, Va., and Andrew Mills, history & government, Scarborough, Maine. Also recognized were Clarkson University students Sean Reagan, math, Ridgefield, Conn. and Andrew Gaffield, mechanical engineering, Lafayette, N.Y., who will be commissioned in December and SUNY Potsdam student Danny Cunningham, business economics, Potsdam, N.Y., who will be commissioned in August.
