Fite Appointed Assistant Professor of Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering at Clarkson University

Kevin B. Fite has been appointed assistant professor of aeronautical and mechanical engineering at Clarkson University. He will begin teaching this fall.
Fite received his bachelor of engineering, master of science and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University, where he also worked as a research assistant and post doctoral fellow.
Fite was a NASA Graduate Student Research Program fellow and an IBM fellow. He has co-written seven journal articles, 13 conference publications, and is the co-inventor of two provisional patents.
He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Tau Beta Pi engineering honor society. He also serves as a reviewer for several journals.
