Community Invited To Senator Hillary Clinton Event At Clarkson University Saturday

The community is cordially invited to attend U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton’s visit to Clarkson University this Saturday afternoon, September 25, during the senator’s rescheduled trip to the North Country.

Senator Clinton will arrive at the Robert A. Plane Atrium in Clarkson's Center for Advanced Materials Processing (CAMP) building at approximately 3:30 p.m. Those attending should enter the atrium through CAMP's main entrance (from the circular driveway on the south side of the building).

Clarkson University has been asked by the St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce to host this event. Senator Clinton will announce the expansion of the Northern Adirondack Trading Cooperative (NATC), an E-Bay boutique initiative that has been very successful in building new jobs for our region.

Clarkson is one of more than a dozen partners in NATC, a project spearheaded by the Chamber of Commerce. Clarkson faculty, staff and students provide technical expertise, consulting and marketing services to help new entrepreneurs launch an e-business.
