Clarkson University Honors Jill Thiemann Of Tom’s River With Charles S. Ehrlich Award

Jill L. Thiemann, of Tom’s River N.J., is the recipient of Clarkson University’s 2005 Charles S. Ehrlich ’56 Alumni Admission Award.
The Charles S. Ehrlich Alumni Admission Award was created in honor of 1956 alumnus and Clarkson Emeriti Trustee Charles S. Ehrlich of Menands, N.Y. Ehrlich, a generous supporter of his alma mater, continues to serve as a key link between Clarkson alumni and admission recruitment activities.
Thiemann attended the Clarkson School, a unique program for high school students who have completed eleventh grade and are ready to begin college studies. She was fully matriculated as a sophomore the the following year and received her bachelor of science degree in economics from Clarkson in 1990 Thiemann received of a doctor of law degree from Widener University School of Law, in Harrisburg, Penn.
Since her Clarkson graduation, Thiemann has served Clarkson and her fellow alumni in many ways including volunteering as an admissions representative for Clarkson University, chairing the activities committee for the Class of 1990 reunion in 2010, and serving as a member-at-large on the alumni admission committee for the Clarkson University Alumni Council.
Currently, Thiemann is an associate for the law offices of O’Malley, Surman & Michelini located in Brick, N.J. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Ocean County Bar Association (OCBA), as well as an active member of the OCBA Family Law Committee.
