Davison '78 Of Basking Ridge Elected Clarkson University Alumni Association Member-at-large

POTSDAM, N.Y. – Robert B. Davison of Basking Ridge, N.J., corporate vice president of Gemini Consulting, was recently elected a member-at-large of the Clarkson University Alumni Association Board of Governors. Davison’s term runs until 2005.

Davison graduated from Clarkson in 1978 with a bachelor of science degree in electrical and computer engineering.  He remained at Clarkson the following year to pursue his master of science degree in Mathematics.  That same year, he and his wife, Maria (class of 1980), served as house parents for the then new Clarkson School program.  After graduation, Davison went on to seek employment with IBM.  He joined Gemini Consulting in 1990, a company which offers business transformation services to clients in the chemical and environmental industry.  Davison also has an MBA degree from Harvard University.

Rob and Maria Davison and their children reside in Basking Ridge.  Their son, Sean, graduated from The Clarkson School in the Class of 2000.  

Clarkson University is an independent institution located in northern New York, in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains.  The University has 2,902 graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in programs in its schools of Business, Engineering, Liberal Arts, and Science, and its Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management program.
