Spence Of Hillsdale Elected Clarkson University Alumni Association Member-at-large
Spence graduated from Clarkson in 1979 with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. After graduation, she spent a short time with Procter and Gamble before joining Kraft Foods in their research and development area. Today, she serves as vice president for research and development at Kraft, a division of the Phillip Morris Company, Inc. In 1985, Spence received her masters of engineering degree from Manhattan College.
Since graduation, Spence has served the Alumni Association as an alumni admission volunteer and has been active with regional chapter activities, serving on the board of directors of the Tri-State Chapter. She has returned to campus as an Alumni Career Day speaker and has assisted with career mentoring programs off campus. She is currently serving as her class reunion activity chair for the Class of 1979.
Spence, her husband Robert, and two children currently reside in Hillsdale.
