Area High-school Students Invited To Clarkson Open House Saturday, September 26

Clarkson University will host the first of two Fall Open Houses for high school seniors and their families on Saturday September 26, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

High-school seniors who want to learn more about the University can tour the campus with current students and then attend project-based learning demonstrations. These hands-on sessions will highlight special interests in business, engineering, the sciences, health sciences (including pre-physical therapy), liberal arts, technical communications and unique interdisciplinary fields such as engineering and management; liberal arts and business; and environmental science and policy.

Clarkson's commitment to providing a student-oriented campus will also be featured as families can tour the newly completed 3000-square-foot Fitness Center, as well as models of the new first-year student living arrangements.

The Cheel Campus Center will host the student activities fair, while students also have the option of drop-in sessions with Financial Aid, Career & Professional Development, Athletics, and the Honors Program.
