Sagrestano Named Clarkson University Associate Director Of Major Gifts

Sagrestano comes to Clarkson University from the law offices of Diane McConnell in Oldwick, N.J., where he focused his law practice on estate planning and administration. Prior to working with McConnell, he was employed by a major northern New Jersey law firm, focusing on tax and estate planning as well as litigation. Sagrestano is a 1992 cum laude graduate of Cornell University with an A.B. in government. While at Cornell, Sagrestano did extensive political and policy work, interning with Congressmen Matt Rinaldo and Jim Courter in their Washington, DC offices. In 1995, Sagrestano graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School with a J.D. focusing on tax and estate planning law.
Sagrestano was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 1995. In 1995-1996, he clerked for the Hon. Marilyn Rhyne Herr, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey. Sagrestano is a native of Bridgewater, N.J. He and his wife, Christine, a native of New York Mills, N.Y., and their daughter, Katherine, will reside in Potsdam.
