Kerr Elected To Clarkson Alumni Board
POTSDAM, N.Y. -- Robert D. Kerr of Warwick, N.Y., account representative at Syncort Corp., was recently elected a member-at-large of the Alumni Association at Clarkson University, in Potsdam, New York. Kerr's term runs until the year 2002.
Kerr graduated from Clarkson in 1989 with a duel bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering, and computer science. He has been very active in regional chapter activities, having served as a regional event coordinator, chapter board member, and chapter president. As a chapter president, Kerr has also served a regional member to the Alumni National Executive Council. Most recently, he was responsible for establishing and now chairs the Communication Committee of the Alumni Executive National Council. A regular contributor to the Clarkson Fund, Kerr has also served as an alumni admissions volunteer and has been active with his class reunion activities.
Clarkson University is an independent institution located in northern New York, in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. The University has 2,670 graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in programs in its schools of Business, Engineering, Liberal Arts, and Science, and its Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management program.
