Elliott Elected Clarkson Alumni Second Vice President
Elliott graduated from Clarkson in 1973 with a bachelor's degree in civil and environmental engineering. Upon graduation, he secured a position at O'Brien and Gere Inc. as a civil engineer and progressed through several assignments of increasing responsibilities before joining Stearns & Wheler in 1989.
Elliott has maintained a close relationship with Clarkson since graduation. He has planned a variety of regional alumni activities, served as a regional phonathon volunteer, assisted with his class reunion, was president of the Central New York Alumni Chapter from 1993-95 and is a current alumni admissions volunteer. The past three years he served as a member-at-large of the Alumni National Executive Council and during that time chaired the Career Development Program Committee. The Clarkson "connection" is evident in the Elliott family: Mike's father, Charles, graduated from Clarkson in 1950.
Elliott resides in Fayetteville with his wife, Kathy.
