Go Golden Knights! Join in Clarkson’s competitive tradition through 19 men's and women's varsity teams, along with numerous intramural and club sports and a wide variety of fitness classes and organized outdoor activities. More than 80 percent of Clarkson students join intramural teams competing in soccer, football, broomball, 3-on-3 basketball, 5-on-5 basketball, ice hockey, volleyball and indoor soccer. Hantz Field

The turf requires no watering or fertilizers for maintenance along with no gas spent on mowing
The field lights use 25% less electricity than conventional field lights and provide very directed light with almost zero nuisance light outside of the field
Parking lot lights were replaced with LED lights to reduce energy consumption

Alumni Gym Lighting

Removed high pressure sodium lighting and installed energy efficient T8 fluorescent lighting
Installed switching to allow multiple lighting levels for better energy savings

Cheel Arena Lighting

Removed mercury vapor lighting and installed T5 fluorescent lighting
