Located at 141 River Street in Saranac Lake, the Adirondack Business Center serves the needs of our local community, teleworkers, vacationers and local business people.
Our Services
The Adirondack Business Center offers professional business spaces in which to conduct work, available by the hour, day or week. We also provide education to assist small business owners in every aspect of keeping their business sustainable. Our services include:

- Three computer workstations
- Eight-seat conference room space
- 24-person classroom
- Teleconferencing technology
- Copy, fax and scanning services

Our Fees
Please note that room reservations require a 50% deposit.
Classroom: $100/day or $25/hour

Conference Room: $50/day
Includes:

- Teleconferencing
Private Office: $25/day
Includes:

- Free conference room use subject to availability
Workstation (Cyber Booth): $5/ hour
