- These full rates are used on academic year salary for Clarkson faculty. The fringe benefit costs are reimbursed to the grantee through the direct fringe benefit rate: group medical plan; group life insurance; statutory fringe benefits (Social Security, Workmen's Compensation, Non-Occupational Disability, Unemployment Insurance); Pension Plan (TIAA- CREF); travel insurance, and tuition remission (spouse, special, employees, children).
- These monthly rates are used for accident and health insurance only for temporary employees through the Gateway Plan Administrator. These rates are subject to change and should be verified with the DoR.
- This rate covers Social Security, Workmen's Compensation, Non-Occupational Disability, and Unemployment Insurance
