Teaching Interests
Environmental and aqueous chemistry, physicochemical processes for water and wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management, environmental pilot laboratory, contaminant fate and transport.

Research Interests
Membrane processes for water and wastewater treatment, and indirect potable reuse. Modeling transport phenomena in reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membrane systems. Fate of emerging organic contaminants through water and wastewater treatment processes. Novel and sustainable treatment processes for water treatment. Extraction and recovery of valuable materials from waste streams.
