Financial Information & Analysis

I am from New York, New York.

I chose Clarkson because it was completely different from all the other schools where I applied. I love the small campus. I can maintain a connection with professors and other students. I have never felt left out or out of place at Clarkson.

It’s an amazing University! I like to meet new people. I try to meet one new person every day. I also find myself in the Student Center quite often studying or relaxing.

I am now working on Micro finance, here and abroad. On campus, I’m part of a group raising money to help fund student-run businesses. In Uganda, I put what I’ve learned into practice: setting up micro loans to establish social entrepreneurship.

I had a unique experience in a Ugandan village. I worked with groups of women who prepared business plans and were excited about educating themselves to run their businesses efficiently. I saw first-hand that micro financing can change lives by changing the way business is done around the world.
