CAMP to Sponsor Twelfth International Symposium on Chemical Mechanical Planarization

CAMP will sponsor its Twelfth International Symposium on Chemical-Mechanical Planarization during the month of August. The four-day symposium/workshop will be held (August 12-15, 2007) at the Hilton Resort in Lake Placid, New York. It will include presentations by industrial and university representatives and a poster session. Dr. Manabu Tsujimura, Executive Officer and Deputy Group Executive of Ebara Corporation in Japan, Dr. Paul Fischer, CR Advanced CMP Group Leader of Intel Corporation, and Dr. Laertis Economikos, Senior Technical Staff Member Unit Process Development of IBM will join Distinguished University Professor /CAMP Director S.V. Babu, and CAMP Professor Yuzhuo Li as co-organizers of this year’s International CMP Conference.
