CU Wellness - the steps to healthy, balanced living

- Personal responsibility is the first step on the path to good health.  Take responsibility for your own wellness.

- Be mindful of your personal health - eat balanced meals, get adequate sleep, exercise regularly.

- Develop an awareness of your emotional health - know the symptoms and signs of stress, depression, anxiety and ask for help if you have any questions or concerns about your ability to cope or manage.

- Build a healthy social network - choose your friends carefully!  Hang out with people who are also interested in making healthy and safe decisions.
