Research/Teaching Interests
Current research interests focus on how technology affects individuals in organizations, including how individuals respond to technology used for systems such as training, career development, and performance appraisal. Another area of interest is the impact of evolving employment arrangements on individual behavior and organizational outcomes. Teaching interests include courses in human resource management and technology management.
