Bob is well-known to many Clarkson fans as the voice of Clarkson hockey from 1996-2016.
Since 2007, he has also been a part of the advancement team where he travels to the
mid-West and greater New York City area, as well as other places throughout the country.

Bob’s support for Clarkson extends to his own philanthropy where he gives to the Clarkson
Fund and the Hockey Pride Fund.

At home, Bob enjoys playing golf, cooking, and umpiring and coaching baseball.

Sal (Parent '04) has served Clarkson and the Annie Clarkson Society for 14 years and
worked in fundraising for 27 years. Originally from central New York, he moved to
Potsdam 40 years ago where he graduated from the Crane School of Music before joining
SUNY Potsdam and then Clarkson. Today, Sal travels throughout the country helping
alumni, parents, and friends connect with Clarkson.

Philanthropy is as much a personal calling to Sal as it is his profession. He supports
many organizations and cites expanding his philanthropy among his life goals.

A North Country native, Chris has ten years’ experience building client relationships. At
Clarkson, Chris assists alumni, parents, and friends with their philanthropy including
annual gifts, leadership gifts, and volunteer roles. He visits donors and volunteers mostly
in the Northeast and the Carolinas.

Chris enjoys volunteering, the outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.

Karli has called the North Country home her entire life.  Karli joined Clarkson after earning
her associate degree. She's worked on campus for over 7 years most recently supporting
Clarkson's philanthropic advisors.

In addition to her career, Karli spends her time caring for several companion animals.

A North Country native, Carol has worked at Clarkson for over 30 years including over
11 years supporting the Annie Clarkson Society. 

Carol enjoys NASCAR, snowmobiling, UTVing, traveling and spending time at camp.

Steve returned to Potsdam, his hometown, after eight years in Philadelphia working
at Vanguard as a retirement plan specialist. At Clarkson, Steve assists alumni, family,
and friends with their philanthropic goals. Specifically, he focuses on gift-with-income
plans at Clarkson.

He visits alumni and other donors in Florida, Tennessee, the North Country, and the
mid-Atlantic region.

In his own philanthropy, Steve supports his alma maters and youth hockey in the
North Country. When not working, Steve enjoys golfing, hiking, and many other hobbies.

 

Zachery Taylor

Zach brings several years’ experience as a leader in the human resources field. Originally
from Potsdam, he represents Clarkson primarily on the West Coast, in Pennsylvania, and
in parts of the Mid-West. As a philanthropic advisor, Zach engages alumni, family, and
friends who make financial contributions and volunteer their time. He also specializes in
reunion giving.

Zach’s philanthropy includes supporting Clarkson, his own alma mater, and the Colon
Cancer Coalition.

Outside of work, he stays active in water sports, skiing, and running.

Hillary brings to Clarkson several years’ experience working in philanthropy and practicing law. In addition to assisting alumni, family, and friends with volunteering and donating to Clarkson, Hillary specializes in estate gifts. She also writes alumni stories for the Annie Clarkson Society newsletters.

Her own philanthropy includes volunteering for and supporting charities fighting poverty and hunger.

When not on the road visiting donors in the western United States, Virginia, and parts of New England, Hillary enjoys reading and watching marathons of Chopped.
