Clarkson Inn Earns TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

The Clarkson Inn in Potsdam, N.Y., has received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence award. The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor. Only the top-performing 10 percent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor worldwide receive this prestigious award.

To qualify for a Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor, and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

"This achievement is the result of the hard work and total commitment from our team of associates in providing excellence to our guests on a daily basis," said Lavigne. "We are grateful for this honor and would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for this award to all of our guests for showing their appreciation for our hospitality."
