Clarkson University's Alex Lee in Chicago's AXIS International Art Festival
Clarkson University Assistant Professor of Digital Arts Alex Lee is participating in the AXIS 2013 International Art Festival in Chicago, May 3-5.
Lee will exhibit an artwork, titled Haeshiage (for Proust), a two-channel video sculpture, as part of the "Gallery DOS" booth in the festival. He will also exhibit a 3D animation installation, titled An Alternate Framework. More information about ‘Gallery DOS’ can be found on their Web site at http://gallerydos.com .
Lee will also give an artist lecture highlighting the creative uses of 3D imagery & animation on Saturday at 1 p.m. (CDT). As well, he will participate in an online publication organized by Prak-sis Contemporary Art Association http://prak-sis.com .
Lee has held numerous solo and group exhibits across the United States, as well as abroad, earning multiple scholarships and awards. He has lectured on computer graphics and has written extensively in art publications.
